In a move that shocked no one in the political world, Fox News signed another 2008 Presidential candidate and loser from the Republican Party.
Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor and 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate will take her rifle, perkiness and the wardrobe she stole from John McCain’s failed campaign to Fox. She will serve as a political operative for the right wing springboard that refers to itself as a news channel [story for another day].
“I am thrilled to be joining the great talent and management team at Fox News,’’ Palin said in a statement posted yesterday on the network’s website. “It’s wonderful to be part of a place that so values fair and balanced news.’’ [where is Katie Couric when you need her?]
Palin, who will make her debut tonight on “The O’Reilly Factor,” the topics that will be discussed are Immigration [keeping Mexicans out of Alaska], how to ride a bus as a full-time mom [her political campaign], gun safety around Liberals [so Dick Cheney won’t shoot them] and how to make moose cheeseburgers [something she is actually good at]. FOX News is not as slanted as msnbc is to Democrats and damn liberals. And Katie Couric and her perkiness can go to hell!
